Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.

As it is the primary purpose of the
Constitution for the United States of
America to restrain government from
usurping from the People their true
role as the collective Sovereignty,
so it is the purpose of C.U.R.E. and
this Web-Site to educate and assist
the People in that endeavor: First,
to understand what Rights they have
lost; Second, to be empowered in
re-claiming those Rights; and Third, to
act with Responsibility in creating
a New America, in this New Century.

website will be Art and Architecture;
"Visions for a Positive Future"...
One Project will be for the Center;
another, a superior "New World Trade
Center"; others will be magnificent

to empower the People, by increasing
