Dear Friends:
Since the Civil War, it has been falsely believed that the
Federal Government is Sovereign over of the union states.
(Phrase not in Constitution for the United States of America.)
This seems true, IF you are unaware that Congress re-defined
'the word "State" to mean and include a Territory and District of
Columbia'. This was when the 14th Amendmenth was soon to be ratified.
(Statutes, U.S. Congress, Volume 15, Page 166; July 20, 1868.)
The FRAUD of the "16th Amendment" of 1913 (the "Income Tax
Amendment"), is that it created - NOTHING! (The U.S. Congress
could always tax incomes "without apportionment among the several
States", IF the word "State" meant a U.S. Territory or Property.)
"None are so hopelessly enslaved as those who falsely believe
they are free."
Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
Legally, the term "income" means corporate profits and capital
gains; NOT payments or compensation for Labor. Courts ruled:
"'income' means only gain/profit, not compensation."
Goodrich v. Edwards, 255 U.S. 527 (1921)
"Compensation for labor is not profit."
Oliver v. Halstead, 86 SE 2d 858 (1955)
In America only certain privileges (not labor), are "Taxed".
The supreme Court declared that the Internal Revenue Code doesn't
define "income". (IRS wants You to call compensation, "Income"!)
The Internal Revenue Code is written in Code! We decode it.
Two other examples of legal, or statutory, terms illustrate this:
- Most Californians are Inhabitants; "Residents" pay taxes.
(Residents: Federal citizens; legal home on federal property.)
- Most people are Workers; "Employees" work in U.S. Government.
(Employees: 26 U.S. Code, Sec. 3401(c) Internal Revenue Code.)
Results? Your unalienable Rights are rediscovered and reclaimed.
Phone or E-mail C.U.R.E.; LEARN TO: eliminate withholding
from your paycheck, and pay no income taxes later. This is NOT
unpatriotic; Tariffs pay for necessary expenses of the national
government. (This ex-cludes War not "for the common defence".)
